AFS Welcomes 2026 Fellows Class, Building on a Decade of Leadership Development
ArentFox Schiff proudly announces its 2026 class of AFS Fellows, a group of exceptional attorneys selected to participate in the firm’s premier leadership development program.
As the AFS Fellows Program enters its 10th year, the newest class joins a growing network of attorneys who have helped shape the firm’s culture, strategy, and future while strengthening their own leadership skills and professional development.
The AFS Fellows Program is a three-year leadership development initiative designed to equip high-potential attorneys with the skills, experiences, and relationships needed to become future leaders of the firm. Fellows participate in leadership retreats, professional development seminars, cross-office collaboration opportunities, and strategic projects that help address key challenges and opportunities facing ArentFox Schiff.
Since its launch in 2017, the program has fostered a thriving community of Fellows and alumni across the firm who continue to make meaningful contributions to their practices, industry groups, offices, and the broader legal profession.
The selection committee includes Brian P. Waldman, Cristina A. Carvalho, Joseph J. Krasovec, III, Christine A. McGuinness, Aram Ordubegian, David C. Blickenstaff, Annie Chang Lee, Kirsten A. Hart, and M. Scott Peeler, who founded and leads the AFS Fellows Program. The committee is supported by Jessica Salvaterra Grondine.
“One of the most rewarding aspects of the Fellows Program is watching each class leave its unique mark on the firm,” said Scott. “Every Fellow brings new ideas, different perspectives, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. The Class of 2026 is beginning their three-year journey together, and I couldn’t be more excited to see what they will accomplish together.”
