Our Attorneys

ArentFox Schiff files and prosecutes hundreds of foreign applications annually. We currently manage approximately 34,900 active patent applications, including roughly 20,900 active US applications in prosecution and 14,000 foreign applications. The US patent applications include approximately 19,300 pending non-provisional applications, 400 pending provisional applications, and 1,200 pending design applications.

In the last few years, ArentFox Schiff has filed more than 1,900 US patent applications and approximately 700 direct foreign and PCT applications annually.
